Managing Stress

Learning new things and meeting new people are a great way to de-stress.


Bracknell Forest Community Learning run a range of different classes and courses throughout the year, for example: 


  • Mindfulness - Simple techniques for everyday relaxation and focus
  • Yoga - Learn how to relax and build mental strength and balance
  • Indian cookery - Learn how to make authentic Indian dishes and get involved in our demonstration and taste the results
