Children who come to school tired cannot learn effectively.  Tired and irrational children who struggle to manage their behaviour stop other children from learning.

If you still struggle to put in place bedtime routines, the school to refer you to the Early Help Hub and link you to child care professionals who, outside of COVID times, you would normally access at Children's Centres.
