Remote learning at The Pines

Our remote learning offer ensures that every child can stay connected with their education, even when circumstances make attending school difficult. For pupils who are unable to come into school for medical reasons, such as recovering from surgery, we are able to provide access to learning through a robot.

This has already supported several children, allowing them to join lessons in real time, interact with their peers, and remain part of the classroom community from home or hospital.
Families can arrange this support through Mrs Williams, our Family Support Advisor.
In the event of a prolonged school closure, learning will be delivered through Microsoft Teams, supported by high-quality online resources such as Oak Academy, to ensure continuity and consistency for all pupils.
